During the year 1993, Diabsonex have established a branch office in Sofia Bulgaria, named Balkan Red Se a Foreign Trade Corporation, working for import and export of various building materials, electrical, chemicals and etc.
As a result of long experiences jointly with the huge experiences of Saeed Industrial & Commercial Group Dison was established. |

| Scope of Work |
| Our main focus and scope of work is to cope with rapid expansion in the oil industry section and similar trades where the need for specialized know how in the area of specialized engineering consultancy is required. The scope for such consultancy will include but not limited to basic engineering codes in all areas of engineering in accordance with API, ANSI, NFPA and other international applicable requirement for Pipeline, tank farms Refinery, gas plants with special emphasis on HSE engineering and disciplines including fire prevention, fire protection , loss prevention, occupational health and environmental. Our scope will encompass design and layout, equipment selection projects and facilities, mechanical completion, project inspection, welding certification, and manpower training and supply. |
| Objectives |
| In view of the rapid development in the oil industry section and other business lines, our company main objective is to be involved in designing, maintenance inspection and construction of oil and petrochemicals industry facilities, design review of grass root project in line with standard codes and regulations, provide the best available technology of safety equipment, and security related systems in both petrochemical industry and building trades. |
Our function will cover all the aspects as specified below:-

2. Road & General constructions.
3. Power and electricity plants and maintenance.
4. Maintenance and construction of Oil Fields and refinery.
5. Provision of manpower for maintenance work in the oil field.
6. Provision of equipment , specialized tools and spare parts.
7. Inspection of equipment.
8. Provision of specialized personnel in cathodic protection.
9. Calibration of equipment.

| Our activities in Energy section began during the year 1993, in corporation with the Bulgarian State company (Bulgargiomin), a lot of re-searches, efforts and studies were issued for position of Oil & Gas Exploration in Sudan. |
Main focus of the company:
The company is actively participating in Oil & Gas market in the Sudan,
 Engineering - Design works and Inspection (In Corporation with foreign International Companies).
Supply of various materials and equipments for Oil & Gas Production.
Recently our company is participating in International Tenders for Oil Filed Processing Equipments. We have won some tenders for PDOC/Higleig and WNPOC.
